Short-time working system
This is a system that allows people with children under the age of 3 to work shorter working hours.
In addition to children under the age of 3, we also accept children in the third grade of elementary school who wish to work part-time.
OK Company
We have been certified as a “OK company” whose father understands that raising children.
We are a company accredited by Kyoto Meeting of Father and the Kyoto city Board of Education, actively engaged in making environment and supporting fathers’ parenting.
Ikumen support
We have established a system to support male employees in raising children.
We encourage the taking of maternity leave before and after childbirth, childcare leave, and nursing care leave, and encourage men and women to take work and

Fertility treatment support
As part of our support for raising the next generation, we support employees taking leave of absence for infertility treatment.
Leave of absence can be taken in one-month increments, up to a total of 12 months.
Birth gift money
We give congratulatory money to those who have a child.

Second child: 50,000 yen
Third child and above: 300,000 yen.
