The business philosophy of KANETSU derives from “Provede satisfaction by buying and selling”.
We always pursue the satisfaction of all people relevant to KANETSU. The founder of KANETSU told us “Take our customer as our God, and take our partners as the Buddha”. By means of this basic philosophy, we determine that the four major satisfactions which we pursue are “customers’ satisfaction”, partners/contractors’ satisfaction”, “employees’ satisfaction” and “area’s satisfaction”. These satisfactions influence one another, so we do our best to better the overall satisfaction.

The small components by KANETSU are a portion of a working machines or a production line, which manufacture a lot of products and these products are exported to the world. Thus, we can say that our employees already make a lot of contribution to the world. We hope that all our employees can understand what they do and be proud of their jobs.

Active : in order to keep both body and mind healthy, we hope we can use active greeting to cheer up everyone. As we spend alot of time in our working place, we hope we can create a comfortable and delightful working environment. For this, KANETSU already hangs the slogan on the wall to provide a working place that our employees can feel relieved.
